Therapy is a space for you. It is your time to focus on your needs, whether its emotional healing, stress management, or taking a step back and re-evaluating your present and future.
Rebecca strives to create an environment that is warm, supportive, compassionate and empowering, She works with individuals in developing successful strategies for dealing with problems that help them develop a solution and a means of coping.
Therapy sessions are 45 min long. The initial intake session will be longer.
